By using the 3kvi.ws website or mobile app, you agree to all of the Terms & Conditions listed below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the platform. 3kvi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time — any changes will be communicated to your registered email address.

3kvi is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions. The following basic requirements must be met to use the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• 3kvi cannot be accessed from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Users must access the platform entirely of their own free will — not under pressure from any third party.

• No employee of 3kvi or their immediate family members may place bets on the platform.

All services on the 3kvi platform are provided for personal entertainment only. Betting for commercial purposes, as an agent, or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account closure.

An account is required to use any service on 3kvi. Providing accurate information during registration is mandatory. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination.

Registration Guidelines

• Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account credentials (password, OTP) strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for any consequences of sharing them with others.
• Your name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration cannot be changed later — please fill them in correctly.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, 3kvi may request verification documents at any time.

KYC Verification

Withdrawals above a certain amount require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The following may be needed:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent photo (selfie)
• Screenshot of mobile banking account

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3kvi currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. Deposits are generally instant and processed with no additional charges.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day (separate limits apply for verified accounts).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are non-cancellable — once submitted, they are non-refundable.

3kvi offers a fast, hassle-free withdrawal process for your winnings. However, certain conditions must be met.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: 500 BDT.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (verified accounts).
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be submitted per day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above BDT 5,000 may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

Processing Time

• BKash / Nagad / Rocket: Within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days.
• Large amounts (BDT 50,000+): Additional verification may be required, and processing can take up to 24 hours.

There are a few fundamental rules to follow when betting on 3kvi. These rules apply to all bet types — Sports Betting, live betting, Jackpot, and lottery.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a bet is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and the full stake returned.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed are final.
• In the event of any dispute over the outcome of an event, the decision of 3kvi shall be final.

Live Betting Special Rules

• Odds in live betting change continuously. If odds shift before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will be displayed and your acceptance will be required before the bet is placed.
• Due to network latency, live betting data may be slightly delayed — this is normal, and no claims will be accepted on that basis.

3kvi uses advanced technology to detect suspicious betting patterns. 3kvi reserves the right to void any bets linked to match-fixing or other misconduct and to close the associated accounts.

3kvi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Upon completion of wagering requirements, the withdrawable amount from a bonus is generally equal to the bonus amount, up to a maximum of 5x.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• The same person or device cannot use multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets — this will be specified in each offer.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify for the welcome bonus:

• The minimum first deposit is 500 BDT.
• A promo code must be applied before making a deposit to qualify for a bonus (where applicable).
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 10x.

User Controls

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set your own maximum stake limit per single bet.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how many hours you spend gaming.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently deactivate your account — this action cannot be undone.

3kvi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

Grounds for Account Closure

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to manipulate the system.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Placing bets on behalf of other users (proxy betting).
• Any serious violation of the terms and conditions.

Appeals Process

If your account is closed, you may appeal within 7 days by emailing support@3kvi.ws. Clearly state your account details and the reason for your appeal. 3kvi will respond with a decision within 48 hours.

3kvi keeps all user personal data strictly confidential. Information provided at registration is used solely for account management, verification, and required legal purposes.
